The Ugly Betty star was visiting a hospital in war-torn Sierra Leone when she met a woman unable to feed her starving tot. Salma gladly came to her aid and fed the baby, ignoring the TV cameras. Salma said: “The baby was perfectly healthy, but the mother did not have any milk. “He was very hungry – I was weaning my daughter VALENTINA, but I still had a lot of milk, so I breastfed the baby. “It was amazing because he’s really looking at me and he’s very little. My baby is one year so she can suck a lot harder.” Salma later questioned whether her kind act had betrayed her own baby, but quickly realised Valentina would be proud of her. She added: “I thought about it, am I being disloyal to my child by giving my milk away? “I actually think my baby would be very proud to be able to share her milk and when she grows up I will make sure she continues to share and be a generous and caring person.”

Using MRI to detect breast cancer
Dr Judy Destouet, the chief of breast mammography for Advance radiology, discuss the pros and cons of using MRI to detect breast cancer with the news team from OncologyPodcasting.com.
The American Cancer Society recently release recommendations for the use of MRI for women at high risk to breast cancer. Patients who have the BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene carriers are at high risk of developing pre-menopausal breast cancer. These women have a 25% lifetime risk of contracting breast cancer and is recommended to go for an annual MRI scan.
However, according to Dr Destouet, MRI is a sensitive but not necessarily accurate diagnosis of breast cancer. She advise that for the general detection of breast cancer, women should go thru the process of doing a mammogram first, after which if need be, an ultra sound and as a last resort the MRI.
And their radiologist should look at all these data and discuss the best option to proceed after all the test have been done.

New alternative on Breast enlargement
New alternative to breast enlargement, involving the needle instead of the knife.
The procedure involve jabbing a substance call Macrolane into woman’s breasts and could help increase up to 1 breast size. However, it is only a temporary boost that last up to 18 months, quite unlike implant surgery and cost almost as much.
Currently not approve by FDA yet, so anyone choosing that path will have to head over to UK. But before you get all excited, listen to what Dr Youn, a certified plastic surgeon of Metro Detroit, Michigan has to comment about the procedure.
For a safer and still effective way to enlarge your breasts without going under the knife, head over to breast enhancement pills, and how it works.
